I received this essay on my undergraduate group. Good read and I recommend it to people.
Essay
The essay talks about the disadvantages of working for a big company and mainly in those creative jobs (where you need to build something new daily). Though I do not find his suggestion of joining/starting a start-up. It might be a good thing to think twice before joining big companies.
